This race series is designed to test your ability to run three different races in a twenty-four hour period. Your time in each of the three events is added together to determine your place for the Tour de Pain. If that doesn't appeal to you, sign up for one race individually.

Four-Mile Beach Run - Jacksonville Beach Seawalk
Out-and-back course. Race starts heading south. Registration and race day packet pickup begins at 6:30 PM on the beach near the starting line.
5K - 1st Place Sports: 3931 Baymeadows Road
The 5K is held the next morning at 1st Place Sports on Baymeadows Road. The course is the same one used for the Celebration 5K and is USATF-certified.
Mile Sizzler - Jacksonville Landing, Downtown
Double half-mile loop course. There are three heats in the mile.
* 4:30 - Master's Men
* 4:45 - Open Men
* 5:00 - All Women

AWARDS:
Awards are given based on total time in all three events.
Top-three overall male & female receive cash awards: 1st Place - $200, 2nd Place - $100,
3rd Place - $50.
Age-group awards are given to the top three finishers in each age division: 10 & under, 11-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 and 75 & over.

Packets will be available on Thursday, August 12th from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Friday August 13th from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Be sure to check your pickup location on your entry form! If you do not indicate a location, your packet will automatically be at the Baymeadows store.
Race packet pickup and registration will be held at each race site at least one hour before the start of that race.
RACE TIMING:
The race is timed using the ChampionChip (chip must be worn on your shoe during the race). Your entry fee covers the cost of the chip rental. If you have your own chip, enter your chip number on the entry form and deduct $2.00 from the entry fee. You must cross the timing mats to be included in the results. Do not wear your personal chip if you sign up on race day!
